How to fix it

  1. Hard power-cycle

    Hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, wait, then power back on to attempt a clean boot.

    Copy the official OSU file’s $SystemUpdate folder to a FAT32 USB drive, open the Startup Troubleshooter, and choose “Offline system update”.
