CE-100002-3 A game update failed to install on your PS5 — usually a corrupted patch download or a storage snag. Mixed CE-100005-6 A game or application can’t load on your PS5 — commonly corrupted data, a missing update, or a disc-read snag. Mixed CE-100006-7 Your PS5 can’t recognise the connected external storage drive — often the connection, format, or the drive itself. Mixed CE-100009-0 There was an issue with the update file — a game or app update that didn’t download or apply cleanly. Mixed CE-100028-1 There isn’t enough free space on the PS5’s SSD to install or update what you’re trying to add. Fix at home CE-105799-1 Your PS5 can’t reach Sony’s servers — caused by anything from a PSN outage to your own router or DNS. Mixed CE-106485-4 There may be a problem reading the system software or data — often a corrupted index, sometimes the storage itself. Hardware CE-107928-7 A game stopped downloading on your PS5 — usually a stalled queue, a storage snag, or a busy store. Mixed CE-108255-1 A game or app on your PS5 has crashed — usually a one-off, but corrupted data or a missing update can make it repeat. Fix at home CE-108262-9 The PS5 hit an error reading system software or application data — often corrupted data, sometimes the storage itself. Hardware CE-109737-7 Your PS5 can’t recognise the connected USB storage device — often formatting, the port, or the drive itself. Mixed CE-110538-8 Your PS5 failed to read a Blu-ray disc — most often a dirty or damaged disc, sometimes the drive itself. Hardware CE-112069-9 An error occurred while transferring data over the network — usually during a PS4-to-PS5 (or console-to-console) data transfer. Mixed CE-117722-0 A streaming connection error on PS5 — Remote Play or cloud streaming lost a stable link to the servers. Mixed CE-118446-4 Your PS5 hit a problem while updating the system software or one of its built-in system apps. Mixed CE-118527-4 Your PS5 couldn’t resolve a hostname — a DNS problem turning server names into addresses. Fix at home NP-102946-2 The PS5 is asking you to install the latest update file — a feature you’re using needs a newer game or system update first. Fix at home NW-102216-2 An error occurred while your PS5 was connecting to PlayStation Network — a network-layer failure between console and PSN. Mixed NW-102417-5 Your PS5’s network connection timed out — it asked, waited, and gave up before getting an answer. Fix at home SU-101312-8 The PS5 reports that the Blu-ray Disc drive doesn’t exist — the console can’t detect its disc drive. Hardware WS-116331-5 Access to PlayStation Network has been temporarily suspended for your console or account — usually a time-limited restriction. Server-side WS-116367-4 Access to PlayStation Network has been suspended for your account or console — a restriction on Sony’s side, not a connection fault. Server-side WS-116449-5 The service you’re trying to use is under maintenance — a planned, server-side pause on Sony’s side. Server-side WS-116486-6 Your PS5 reached the internet but hit a problem connecting to PlayStation Network’s servers — frequently Sony-side. Server-side
